Speaker: Mary Catherine McAleer, Public Affairs Manager, Weyerhaeuser Company.  Mary Catherine will provide a legislative recap from the session that ends March 7th.

Mary Catherine McAleer has served as Weyerhaeuser’s public affairs manager in their Washington and Canadian regions since 2018 and has worked in and around the Washington State Legislature on environmental, energy, agricultural, water and labor policy since 2013.  MC studied Biology and Economics at Gonzaga University and Middle East Global Politics at the London School of Economics. She serves on the Thurston County Shellfish Advisory Board and YMCA Youth and Government Board. In her spare time, MC enjoys cooking and traveling with her husband, three step-kids and mutt, Ranger.
