Maple syrup is taking off in the northwest! Sap collected from our native bigleaf maple trees produces a delicious syrup with a unique flavor. It’s excellent for baking, cooking, cocktails, and, of course, pancakes! Moreover, maple sugaring adds value to forests and supports small forest owner’s management and conservation of forestland in Washington State.
Join us to celebrate the benefits of this unique forest product at the Bigleaf Maple Syrup Festival. Activities will include:
A burger lunch will be available for sale ($18/adult or $13 for children 10 & under)
