Jefferson County Sustainable Forestry: Our Local Wood Economy (Part 2)

September 19 @ 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm PDT

Join us for an evening at Finnriver Farm and Cidery to meet the local professionals working to help develop a local wood economy!

Join us at the Finnriver Cider Barn to meet people in the community who are supporting our small forestry program and utilizing local wood from the Jefferson County Sustainable Forestry Program and other local forestry efforts. Learn about the issues, the opportunities, and how you can get involved. Or share your own ideas and connect with professionals who are already working in the industry. Our goal is to increase forest health and resiliency, create living wage jobs, and support our community with products we can be proud of.

After the panel discussion there will be time to wander and chat with professionals from both nights and enjoy a beverage.
